Whitney Cummings

Whitney Cummings is a comedian, actress, and writer. As a comedian she got her start as a series regular on MTV’s PUNK’D and now appears regularly on Chelsea Lately. Whitney recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and the Comedy Central Roasts of Joan Rivers and David Hasselhoff. She wrote, co-executive produced, and performs stand up on the comedy series Live! Nude! Comedy! for Showtime and was named one of Variety's Top 10 Comics to watch in 2007. She was also named one of Entertainment Weekly’s Comedy Stars of Tomorrow 2009. As an actress she recently co-starred in the Sony feature Made of Honor with Patrick Dempsey and Fox's House, M.D. She is developing her own series at Comedy Central and writes for numerous TV shows, including the Comedy Central Roasts of Bob Saget and Flavor Flav. She has also performed on HBO’s Down and Dirty with Jim Norton, Comics Unleased, NESN’s Comedy All Stars, and TBS’s The Very Funny Show.
