Comedian John Caparulo’s sharp wit, unique delivery, and brilliant affinity for cuss words made him a crowd favorite right off the bat. Now, after support from comedy greats like Jay Leno, Chelsea Handler, and Vince Vaughn, John’s getting a shot at becoming a true household name.
John, to many known as Cap, caught his first big break came at the 2003 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. Since then, John has made multiple appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Comedy Central Presents and performed as part of Blue Collar Comedy: The Next Generation with Bill Engvall. John appeared in his first feature film, Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Show, in 2008 touring the country with Vaughn and 4 stand-up comics. He has been the host of CMT’s series Mobile Home Disaster, made his own one-hour Comedy Central Special Meet Cap, and released a CD/DVD, Meet Cap, with Warner Bros, which is currently available to download through Netflix, iTunes, and Amazon.
John can more recently be seen as a regular on E!’s hit show Chelsea Lately, ABC’s new sitcom Work It, as well as heard as the voice of “Headphone Joe” in the Disney Channel series Fish Hooks and hosting his own radio show, The Mad Cap Hour on Sirius/XM Blue Collar Radio.
