Anjelah Johnson

Starting her rise to fame as an NFL Cheerleader, Anjelah Johnson made a huge splash with one of the most successful viral comedy videos of all time, Nail Salon. Johnson was one of the first Latina comedians to be invited to join FOX’s long running hit sketch series MADtv as a series regular. She was honored with an ALMA Award nomination for her work on the show. MADtv sparked her second Internet sensation Bon Qui Qui , which features a disgruntled fast food employee with no filter, with over 55 million views worldwide. Anjelah recorded and released a full-length rap song and music video as Bon Qui Qui , currently available on iTunes.


Anjelah has recorded two one-hour specials for Comedy Central and Warner Brother Records. You many also recognize her from appearances on TV shows such as The Shield, Ugly Betty, Love Inc. and Curb Your Enthusiasm. When it comes to feature films, she co-starred in The Box and more recently Alvin & the Chipmunks 2–The Squeakuel. Anjelah also worked on Our Family Wedding and lent her voice to the animated film Marmaduke, along with Emma Stone, Owen Wilson and Jeremy Piven.

Anjelah has appeared in multiple ads & commercials including campaigns for Sprint, Visa, Snickers, Verizon, All-State, K-Swiss, Dryers Ice Cream and she is currently the spokesperson for a Texas based restaurant chain, Taco Cabana. She was also invited to the New Faces category at the 26th Annual Just For Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival.
